Accommodation and Reservation

What time can I check in/out?

Check-in starts at 3:00PM. There is no problem if you indicate a later time during your reservation but please inform us if you are 2 hours or more behind schedule.
Check-out finishes at 11:00AM. We are afraid to say that in normal circumstances we are not able to accept late check-outs. If you feel it is neccesary, it may be possible depending on our occupancy. Please confirm with staff in this situation.

How much is the cancellation fee?

Reservations made through our Official Reservations Page or over the phone can be changed or cancelled through the internet, by phone, or e-mail.
If you made reserved 1-4 rooms through the hotel URL or by phone, the fee for a same-day cancellation will be 100% of the room price.
If you reserved 5 rooms or more, we ask for 20% for one week notice, 50% for three days before, 80% for one day notice and 100% for a same-day cancellation.
If you made a reservation through a different website or through an agency, please contact them about changes or cancellations.

How can I pay?

In the case of an internet reservation, you can pay when you make your reservation by credit card (Paypal) or during check-in by cash or credit card.
We ask for payment by cash or credit card upon arrival if you make a reservation by phone.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Diners, American Express, China Union Pay Card, Discover, MUFG, DC, UC, Nicos, Saison, etc.

Can you hold luggage for me before check-in and/or after check-out?

We can hold items at the front desk but we cannot keep dangerous or valuable belongings.

Can I send you my luggage before check-in so you can hold it for me?

We can keep your luggage at the front desk if you send it to us within one week before your check-in and give it to you at your arrival. We only accept luggage that can be stored at room temperature. We will refuse luggage sent by cash-on-delivery postal service.
Please do not forget to write your name on your luggage before sending it to us.

Do I have to go to the front desk to checkout?

Sorry for the inconvenience but please come to the front desk for check-out.

Can I sleep in the same bed as my child?

Children under 12 years of age can stay for free in the same bed as a parent without amenities (One child per one adult). If you would like amenities, separate beds, or if your child is 13 years or older, we ask for the same price as an adult. We ask for 1,000JPY for breakfast for children between the ages of 7-12 years old. Breakfast for children under the age of 6 is free.

Are there family rooms where 4 people can stay together?

The Deluxe Twin Room can accommodate up to 4 adults.

Can I request a room on a high floor?

Rooms are located from the 3rd to 8th floors. You can express your wish when you make your reservation but we cannot always guarantee a high floor.

Is breakfast included in the room fee?

When you make your reservation, you can choose whether you would like to include breakfast in your plan.
If you would like, you can add breakfast to your plan at your arrival. Please inform us during your check-in.

Do you offer day-use?

We are sorry but day-use is not available.

If we reserve more than one room can you give us rooms that are near?

We will always do our best to respond to your request but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible depending on the situation during your stay.
Please understand that depending on the room type there may not be rooms near each other.
