Accommodation and Reservation

What time can I check in/out?

Check-in starts at 3:00PM. You can check in at any time after that, but please inform us if you are are planning to arrive after midnight.
Check-out finishes at 11:00AM. It may be difficult to extend your stay with us due to availability, so please check with our staff during your stay.

How much is the cancellation fee?

Starting from 3 days prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

What methods of payment are available?

Please pay by credit card at the time of reservation.

(VISA/MASTER/AMEX/JCB/DISCOVER/DC/UNION PAY)

Can you hold luggage for me before check-in and/or after check-out?

We can hold items only on your check-in and check-out day but we cannot keep dangerous or valuable belongings. We cannot keep items for longer than this due to limited storage space. We thank you for your understanding.

Can I send you my luggage before check-in so you can hold it for me?

We can keep your luggage at the front desk if you send it to us within a few days before your check-in and give it to you at your arrival. We only accept luggage that can be stored at room temperature. We will refuse luggage sent by cash-on-delivery postal service.

Please do not forget to write your name on your luggage before sending it to us.

Additionally, if you bring your luggage directly to the hotel for storage, we can only accept it on your check-in day due to limited storage space.

Do I have to go to the front desk to checkout?

Sorry for the inconvenience but please come to the front desk for check-out.

Can I sleep in the same bed as my child?

Children can stay for 500 JPY with an adult.
If your chilld is over 12 years of age, the charge will be the same as for an adult.

Children 6 years old and under can enjoy breakfast for free and Children (7-12 years old) costs 1,000 JPY/person.

 

The maximum number of guests in each room, including children is as follows:
Standard double room : 3 people (up to 2 adults)
Standard twin room : 3 people (up to 2 adults)
Standard family room : 4 people (up to 3 adults)
Deluxe double room : 3 people (up to 2 adults)
Deluxe twin room :4 people (up to 4 adults)

Are there family rooms where 4 people can stay together?

The Deluxe Twin Room can accommodate up to 4 adults.

Can I request a room on a high floor?

Rooms are located from the 3rd to 8th floors. You can request a higher floor when you make your reservation but we cannot guarantee that we can accomodate your request due to availabillity.

Is breakfast included in the room fee?

When you make your reservation, you can choose whether you would like to include breakfast in your plan.
If you would like, you can add breakfast to your plan at your arrival. Please inform us during your check-in.

Do you offer day-use?

We are sorry but day-use is not available.

If we reserve more than one room, can you give us rooms that are close to each other?

We will always do our best to respond to your request but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible depending on our room availability during your stay.

Please understand that depending on the room type, there may not be rooms near each other.
