Is there a coin laundry?

There is a laundry room on the 2nd floor with three Electrolux QuickWash & three QuickDry machines. The washing fee is 300 yen/1 time for up to 5.5kg; the drying fee is 100 yen/30min (up to 6kg).

Can I request a room on a high floor?

Rooms are located from the 3rd to 8th floors. You can request a higher floor when you make your reservation but we cannot guarantee that we can accomodate your request due to availabillity.

What time does room cleaning finish?

Room cleaning finishes at 1:00PM. After 1:00PM, we can only offer a change of towels if requested.

Are there bottles of water provided in the rooms?

No, we do not provide bottled water in our rooms as we are making efforts towards our Sustainable Development Goals.

Instead, please feel free to use the refillable water bottles available at our front desk during your stay.

Is there a parking lot?

The ground level of HOTEL THE FLAG is a coin parking lot. This lot is available to the public and as such, we cannot reserve spaces for guests. If the lot is full when you arrive, hotel staff will gladly guide you to a nearby parking structure.
Parking Capacity: 40 spaces
Parking Fee: Max fee for 24 hours (weekdays): 1,600JPY, (Sat, Sun, Holidays): 1,800JPY
If you leave the parking lot and return, the machine will begin counting from the start at 300JPY/30min.

Do you have any rental goods at the hotel?

You can borrow goods for free as described in the [Rooms and Amenities].
However quantities are limited. Please Inform us in advance if you want to use this service.
