Can you hold luggage for me before check-in and/or after check-out?

We can hold items only on your check-in and check-out day but we cannot keep dangerous or valuable belongings. We cannot keep items for longer than this due to limited storage space. We thank you for your understanding.

Can I send you my luggage before check-in so you can hold it for me?

We can keep your luggage at the front desk if you send it to us within a few days before your check-in and give it to you at your arrival. We only accept luggage that can be stored at room temperature. We will refuse luggage sent by cash-on-delivery postal service.

Please do not forget to write your name on your luggage before sending it to us.

Additionally, if you bring your luggage directly to the hotel for storage, we can only accept it on your check-in day due to limited storage space.

Can guests use internet and Wi-Fi?

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and spaces in our hotel.

Is there a coin laundry?

There is a laundry room on the 2nd floor with three Electrolux QuickWash & three QuickDry machines. The washing fee is 300 yen/1 time for up to 5.5kg; the drying fee is 100 yen/30min (up to 6kg).

Is there a public bath?

We do not provide a public bath. Please use the bathroom/shower in your room.

Can I bring my room key home?

Please return it to the front desk when you check out.

Is there a drink vending machine?

There is a vending machine on the 2nd floor. No alcohol is available in the vending machine. Alcohol is sold at the convenience store nearby.

Is there a parking lot?

The ground level of HOTEL THE FLAG is a coin parking lot. This lot is available to the public and as such, we cannot reserve spaces for guests. If the lot is full when you arrive, hotel staff will gladly guide you to a nearby parking structure.
Parking Capacity: 40 spaces
Parking Fee: Max fee for 24 hours (weekdays): 1,600JPY, (Sat, Sun, Holidays): 1,800JPY
If you leave the parking lot and return, the machine will begin counting from the start at 300JPY/30min.

Is there a curfew?

No, there is no curfew. We close the doors after 12:00PM but you can unlock them with your card key.

Do you have any rental goods at the hotel?

You can borrow goods for free as described in the [Rooms and Amenities].
However quantities are limited. Please Inform us in advance if you want to use this service.

Is breakfast included in the room fee?

When you make your reservation, you can choose whether you would like to include breakfast in your plan.
If you would like, you can add breakfast to your plan at your arrival. Please inform us during your check-in.

Do you offer flowers and/or cake reservation for special occasions?

We can help you with preparations for your special occasion at our hotel. Please inform us in advance if you would like preparations.
