Are there family rooms where 4 people can stay together?

The Deluxe Twin Room can accommodate up to 4 adults.

Can I request a room on a high floor?

Rooms are located from the 3rd to 8th floors. You can request a higher floor when you make your reservation but we cannot guarantee that we can accomodate your request due to availabillity.

Can I bring my room key home?

Please return it to the front desk when you check out.

What time does room cleaning finish?

Room cleaning finishes at 1:00PM. After 1:00PM, we can only offer a change of towels if requested.

Are there bottles of water provided in the rooms?

No, we do not provide bottled water in our rooms as we are making efforts towards our Sustainable Development Goals.

Instead, please feel free to use the refillable water bottles available at our front desk during your stay.

Are there barrier-free / wheelchair accessible rooms?

We have one barrier-free / wheelchair accessible Twin room (with two 110cm×200cm beds).

What amenities do you have in your rooms?

Are there windows in the rooms?

There are windows in each room, however because of safety concerns they cannot be opened. Please know that Standard Type rooms come with frosted glass windows.
Day light will vary from room to room. Thank you for your understanding.

If we reserve more than one room, can you give us rooms that are close to each other?

We will always do our best to respond to your request but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible depending on our room availability during your stay.

Please understand that depending on the room type, there may not be rooms near each other.

I would like to know more about the bathroom.

The bathrooms in the deluxe twin rooms and the deluxe double rooms include a luxurious bath tub and rain shower. Other rooms include a rain shower (with no bath tub).
The shower and toilet are separated in each room.
