Dear valued guests,
We have been made aware that some guests with reservations at HOTEL THE FLAG Shinsaibashi through Booking.com have received fraudulent messages via WhatsApp. These messages claim that the reservation is at risk of being cancelled and ask the recipient to confirm their booking details through a form. Upon clicking the link, recipients are then prompted to enter sensitive information such as bank account details and credit card information.
These messages are phishing attempts designed to direct you to fraudulent websites. Please do not click any links contained in such messages, and under no circumstances should you enter any personal information, bank account details, or credit card information.
